  • Social Media Connections: If you connect your Instagram or TikTok accounts, we store the access tokens necessary to post content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
  • Uploaded Files: If you upload files to Creator Studio (images, videos, documents), we store these files securely.

  • Instagram Reels: When you paste an Instagram Reel link, we access publicly available content from that Reel (video, audio, captions) to generate transcriptions and scripts.
  • AI Services: We use third-party AI providers to transcribe audio and generate scripts. The content you submit is processed by these providers according to their privacy policies.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Scripts and content you create are retained until you delete them or close your account.
