At Viral Parrot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our free trial and how refunds work.

3-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 3-day free trial. When you sign up, you enter your payment details but are not charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel within the 3-day trial, you will not be charged at all.

How the Trial Works

  • Your trial begins when you complete checkout
  • You have full access to trial features for 3 days
  • After 3 days, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings — no charge, no questions asked

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have full access to all features until that date
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, in case you wish to resubscribe

Refunds After the Trial Period

If you cancel after the trial period:

  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Monthly subscribers will not be charged for the following month
  • Quarterly subscribers will retain access for the remainder of their paid quarter
  • Annual subscribers will retain access for the remainder of their paid year

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the trial or refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups to exploit the free trial)
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
